Pilot Company

Through a three-year, $5 million Cornerstone partnership, Pilot Company is strengthening Academic Success programming across BGCA’s national network, supporting high-quality curriculum, resources and staff development so more young people can stay engaged in learning after school and during the summer.

Just as importantly, they are also helping to address one of the most practical barriers young people face: reliable transportation to and from their local Club.

Through Pilot Company’s Miles of Good Fuel Points, participating Boys & Girls Clubs will receive fuel support to help keep Club vehicles running, transportation routes active, and young people connected to the Club.

For families, that can mean a reliable ride to a safe place after school. For Clubs, it can mean greater stability and the ability to direct more resources toward staffing, meals, safety, programming and the other essentials young people depend on.

For Pilot Company, it is a natural extension of its role as a leading energy and experience provider relied on to fuel journeys across North America. Pilot Company operates at more than 900 locations and serves communities across the country, giving their partnership significant potential to connect national impact with local action.

This partnership is also designed to create meaningful opportunities for Pilot Company team members to engage with local Clubs through volunteerism, mentoring, career exposure and other community-based experiences.

Together, Pilot Company and BGCA will activate their partnership in communities where Pilot Company employees, customers and Boys & Girls Clubs live and work, while sharing stories that demonstrate the impact of wider after-school program access and stronger academic support.
